Rich with Advanced Air is a problem solver. He helped us to submit AC installation proposal to HOA. It got approved and was installed successfully. Before he was referred to us, we hired at least 2 contractors to do the study. Their answers were no due to the HOA rules. But Rich found the way, followed the rules and made it happen. Now we can sleep/rest comfortably when it's 90 degrees outside. I would definitely recommend Advanced Air & Heating.
